Achtung Suchtgefahr, diese Raw Brownies sind absolut köstlich und super Gesund. Ständig habe ich das Verlangen nach etwas Süßem, möchte aber nicht ständig ungesundes Zeug in mich hineinstopfen. Deswegen habe ich diese köstlichen Brawnies entwickelt. Datteln, Nüsse, Rohkakao und Buchweizen machen diesen süßen Gaumenschmaus zu einer gesunden Süßigkeit und liefern auch noch super Nährstoffe. So macht Naschen doch Spaß. Probiert es einfach mal aus.


Ihr braucht:

100g Haselnüsse
10 weiche Datteln
40g Rosinen oder Maulbeeren
3EL Buchweizen
2EL Rohkakaopulver
50g Agavendicksaft
1/2 Stange Vanille
1 Pr Salz

1 Die Haselnüsse grob Hacken.

2 Datteln entsteinen und in grobe Stücke schneiden.

3 Vanille in feine Stücke hacken.

4 Haselnüsse, Datteln, Rosinen, Agavendicksaft, Vanille und die Priese Salz  in den Mixer geben und alles solange vermengen bis eine klebrige Masse ensteht.

5 Buchweizen hinzufügen und nochmals kurz vermengen.

6 Die Brawnie Masse für 45 Minuten ins Gefrierfach legen.

7 Nun den Teig so aufs Backpapier andrücken, dass ein 1cm hohes Rechteck ensteht.

8 Aus dem Teig 12 Pralinen schneiden und mit Walnusshälften verzieren.

Die Brawnies kühl lagern.
