Matcha Energy Balls


Ich bin im Matcha-Fieber, ich kann gar nicht genug davon bekommen. So gesund und lecker. Da ich keinen Kaffee trinke und trotzdem ab und zu einen Energieschub benötige, ist Matcha genau das richtige für mich. Ich favorisiere den Matcha von der Firma Seicha, auch Online zu bestellen. Denn dort gibt es nicht nur das Teepulver, sondern auch Matcha Limonade die ganz köstlich schmeckt und Matcha Sticks. Die sind super praktisch für unterwegs. Da ich ja so oft geschäftlich auf reisen bin, ist das eine toller Ergänzung für mich. Einfach ein paar Sticks mitnehmen und im Hotel anrühren, fertig ist mein Lieblings Tee.Wer Matcha noch nicht kennt hier mal ein paar Infos für euch. Dadurch das die Teeblätter nach dem Trocknen gemahlen wurden, nimmt man alle enthaltenen Inhaltsstoffe auf. Das ist bei Teebeuteln nicht der Fall, weil man da das Blatt in den Müll wirft.

Matcha ist reletaiv teuer weil die Teesträucher einige Wochen vor der Ernte beschattet werden, sodass sie besonders viel Chlorophyll, also ihr tiefes Grün, entwickeln. Sie werden gedämpft, getrocknet und anschließend mit Steinmühlen zu feinstem Staub gemahlen.
Der Tee enthält viel Vitamin C, Antioxidantien und soll zudem noch hungerregulierend wirken.
Außerdem sorgt das im Matcha Tee enthaltene Teein für einen sanften Energieschub und einen fokussierten Geist. Es harmoniert perfekt mit dem im Tee enthaltenen L-Theanin. Die Aminosäure mildert mit ihren beruhigenden Eigenschaften den aufputschenden Effekt des Teeins.

Hinzu kommt noch das man mit Matcha auch noch toll Backen und Kochen kann – siehe auch mein Raw Matcha Lime Cake.
So liefern also die Energy Balls tatsächlich Energie, einerseits dadurch das der Insulinspiegel durch die Datteln ansteigt und das Teein ein wenig aufputscht.

Matcha Energy Balls (vegan)

Ihr braucht für 9 Stück:

1TL Matchapulver
100g Cashewkerne
50g Kokosflocken
50g Medjool Datteln
25g Pistazien/oder Kokosflocken
2 EL Kokosöl

1 Alle Zutaten – bis auf die Pistazien – in einem Mixer geben.

2 Zutaten solange pürieren bis eine schöne klebrige Teigmasse ensteht.

4 Anschließend die Teigmasse zu Kugeln Formen

5 Mit den gehackten Pistazien oder Kokosflocken bestreuen.

für 30 Minuten ins Tiefkühlfach stellen.


Die Energy Balls kühl lagern.
